The following is just a brief Seville guide for groups or companies thinking of holding an event here in Spain

Hundreds of conferences, exhibitions, and other events secure Seville's reputation as on the most important business travel destinations in Spain. The city's excellent communications include the modern international airport, situated a few kilometres away from the city centre, and also the high speed train (AVE) station. All this is complemented by a dense network of roads, main roads, and motorways that make Seville accessible from any point of the peninsula.



Every year, Seville hosts all kinds of fairs, symposiums, and professional meetings at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (FIBES) (Exhibition and Convention Centre), located at the gates of the city. It is a modern complex of futurist architecture, consisting in a main building, two lateral buildings, and three exhibition pavilions. A total of 30,000 square metres of exhibition space that includes an auditorium with a capacity of more than a thousand people, conference rooms with multimedia equipment, restaurants, and cafeterias.


Located in the isle of La Cartuja, El Palenque is an ample 9,000 square metre complex, perfectly equipped to house all kinds of events: professional meetings, presentations, conventions, etc. An auditorium with a capacity of 1,500 people stands out among its facilities.


Seville's accommodation capacity is beyond doubt, with around 10,000 four and five star hotel beds, and around 3,500 beds in three star hotels.
