Below is an example of a recent incentive trip to Marbella that has been organised with our help and expertise. It was for a company entertaining 50 employees and they wanted an event with a 'family atmosphere'
A London based
computer company booked a summer weekend incentive trip to the Costa del Sol to
mark 10 years of business. The 50 strong group stayed at the 4 star Hotel
Andalucia Plaza in the playboys playground of Puerto Banus.
We met them
at Malaga Airport on Friday evening and arranged the 45
minute coach transfer to the hotel where they were greeted with a glass
of sangria and some authentic Spanish “tapas”. Afterwards they partied
til sunrise at Spain´s trendiest marina.
The weather in Spain didn’t
disappoint with clear blue skies and 25 degrees Centigrade. The sun shone off
the azure Mediterranean Sea as half the group set sail on the beautiful
Scottish wooden schooner from Fuengirola harbour, a short journey from their
hotel. They had drinks and snacks as the Captain searched the bay for
dolphins and then had a quick dip before returning to lounge by the pool and
have a full body massage at the hotel´s beauty centre.
Meanwhile,
the rest of the group split into 2 with one party setting off to play golf
at one of the excellent nearby courses and the other party heading for the
hills. They had an interactive afternoon of clay pigeon shooting,
archery and rifle shooting with plenty of friendly competition and
good natured banter.
That evening we booked a Marbella restaurant on the
seafront as they wanted to have an informal dinner where they could really let
their hair down and we negotiated a special menu selection to cater for all
tastes with drinks included. As it was a small restaurant it felt like a private
dinner and they relaxed and took in the wonderful atmosphere of Andalucia,
renowned for it´s passion, warmth and beauty. .
Sunday morning arrived
all too soon and after a super buffet breakfast it was back to the airport for
the short flight home.
The staff had all had a fantastic time and
had been able to really get to know each other better without any of the
constraints of the office.
As you can see, something for everybody and a successful incentive trip to
Marbella
all round.. That is for a group of 50
but we also organise events for much larger or smaller groups too.
