Important information for Events Companies and Agencies:
This information is specifically for travel agents and events companies outside of Spain, not for individual groups and businesses looking to host an event here.
We provide a free proposal service for groups or companies looking to host their event within Spain. We are reimbursed by the service providers themselves and that is how we pay our staff to do the work on clients behalf.
Occasionally we will work alongside events companies or travel agencies in other countries that meet our high expectations and who are prepared to pay a fee up front for the initial proposals. This fee will be refunded if the event is reserved via Conference Coordinator Spain.
This fee is to eliminate Conference Coordinator Spain doing all the legwork for the proposals on behalf of outside agencies. This will involve many emails and telephone calls and man hours on behalf of the outside agency who could then cancel the event totally or go directly to the preferred service providers after we have prepared a perfect option.
For longer term productive partnerships of course this fee is usually dropped.
