Why don't we charge a booking fee?
We organise events and conferences for large groups usually and these often involve accommodation, restaurant reservations, teambuilding activities and transport. Most of this is quite time consuming. When we get many enquiries for clients trying to simply find a meeting room for a business meeting or presentation without all the add ons, accommodation etc this will undoubtedly add to the workload of both ourselves and our partners. We believe that letting you find a meeting or conference room when it suits you and being able to instantly book that space is a win win (win) situation for all of us.
