Meeting Facilities in Madrid

Madrid is located in
the geographical heart of Spain and is the capital city. It is known for it’s
plazas, the two most famous ones being the Puerto del Sol and the Plaza Mayor,
it’s central park Retiro, it’s nightlife and the Real Madrid football stadium,
Santiago Bernabeu. The international airport is situated close to the city
centre and there is an excellent transport network.
The hotel with the most extensive meeting facilities in Madrid is the 4 star Hotel Auditorium. They have 15,000 squared metres divided into 40 meeting rooms plus a purpose built auditorium, that can be split into two equal sections, with a total capacity for 2200 people. It is excellent for large groups as it has 870 rooms plus a super indoor pool.

Another 4 star venue is the Hotel Avenida America which has a good central location with 322 rooms and 32 meeting rooms with facilities for up to 1400 delegates.
For a more intimate venue we would suggest the 3 star plus High Tech Hotel Petit Palace Londres situated in the heart of Madrid, in the Puerto del Sol area. This hotel is perfect for small groups as it has 75 modern rooms and a meeting room for up to 60 people.
